Elements of the Cargill Corporate Brand Expression thrive are incorporated into our employment brand campaign. One element that is prominently featured in the employment brand is the thrive window, which remains a unique, visual storytelling tool for showcasing our employees and candidates. The corporate brand expression requires stakeholders within the thrive window to be in the act of achieving success and captured in a candid moment. We’re using this visual element in a slightly different format than the corporate brand.

The employment brand is utilizing an approved departure of the corporate guidelines to primarily feature people in a confident pose. We’ve also adapted a lower thrive window into a bottom bar that features the Cargill logo on the left side. Additionally, in certain instances we are slightly altering images when necessary to improve legibility.
